If you don't have the choice to have only one set of tires, go with all seasons (and stay home when there is a lot of snow or icing rain) or go all weathers (https://info.kaltire.com/whats-difference-weather-tires-season-tires/). I don't think it's a good idea to run winter tires in the summer...

I've also bought Fast FC04 wheels with 40 mm offset, and yes it is very close of the strut bar. But if you check with a OEM 19 inches wheel, it is almost the same distance between the wheel and the strut bar.
