Sorry my last post was a bit brusque, I was doing it on a tablet quickly :) In the UK all retail prices include 20% VAT (except for exempt goods, which doesn't include cars). Whilst it is a big chunk of cash, you end up not considering it too deeply and you don't get stung with a surprise...- DavidSmith
