NEW Owner to 2021 needs advice for vehice not starting....

So anyone had this issue? I bought a 2021 with 9,200 miles for my son's HS graduation present.... 29 days after purchase (from a Honda dealership near Dallas) it would NOT START & it was NOT the battery... Had it towed to Crain Kia of Bentonville AND it's been sitting there almost 2 wks bc.... GET THIS-- the VIN # is in a Law Suit with KIA??? Carfax was FINE.... Thanks for any suggestions!!!

Has the selling dealer offered a buyback or any kind of resolution?
