What was your fantasy car ?
I was out in the shop today and came across some old car posters I had collected in the eighties and it got me wondering - what was your fantasy car growing up? For an all out (money is no issue) it was the Lamborghini Countach - I had the Apline stereo poster. As a real world car (one I could maybe afford) I always wanted an AAR Cuda - just a bad ass 340-6 barrel with a 4 speed.

Neighbor of a friend in High School had one. He never drove it. He put 10 grand into having it painted root beer brown metallic (even the wheels), changed the interior over to tan leather everything, and left it in his garage, drained of fluids, on jackstands. He was happy to show it off, it had some ridiculously low mileage in the 6600 range, but when you asked him why he never drove it, he just gave evasive answers about it not being ready for the road yet. If that guy's still alive and living there, I'd put a wager on that car still being in his garage, rotting.
