Didn't get headphones from Kia NZ, but did get a nice solid leather carryall, complete with Stinger logo ! Turned up a few weeks after purchase

I'd take those over the headphones

Call the VIP line they will be able to you straighten out.

I'm glad some people are having luck with the VIP line. I've called them twice for other issues and my "case manager" doesn't seem capable of straightening out a phone cord.

I just got my headphones today but I thought they were only for the 2018 year cars so I wasn't expected to get anything, I bought a 2019 GT2 December 30th.

If I get them I get them, but I really don't care. I have Bose headphones and a pair of Beats Studio 3 headphones don't need anymore. I would rather get the leather carryall, with Stinger logo that [MENTION=287]KiwiStinger[/MENTION] received.
