This is posted on another forum. It was going to be more formal with food and drink coupons from Dave & Buster's but the organizer had a family emergency come up. At any rate, a number of folks are still going and I'd not seen it posted here. From the post:

UPDATE: There's NO charge to attend this event. It's not officially being held at Dave & Busters so there's no need for a fee. There are adjacent parking lots and a huge shopping mall with plenty of parking and options for hanging out indoors (between the mall and Dave & Busters) in the event it rains.
The "meet up" will happen either at Dave & Busters or in direct vicinity. The address is below...
